Waited a month for order, Money taken out of account but no human response to emails
A real person should reply to my emails instead of a robotic script over and over again meaning nothing. How much effort is it for a real person to reply to your email.

Worst online company I have ordered from!
Order plants almost 4 weeks ago. Sent 2 out of 5 plants almost 15 days after the order.
No response from email contact forms, there is no number to respond.
Im left guessing if my plants will ever turn up or even how to get a refund.
Worst company I have ever ordered anything from online. Never again!!!

Disgusting company … do not keep to their promise and no communication as to where our well overdue plants and soil are
We ordered plants and soil on 13 may with hope to have everything g in place by the end of may bank holiday. As to date, 1 June, our status is showing pending tracking with no answer to our enquiries as to where and when we would expect our goods and now we want a full refund.
Dont know how they are allowed to operate.
No telephone number to speak to any customer er service. They take your money and keep your goods.

Very slow delivery
The delivery estimate is false advertising. They have always been ridiculously slow on delivery - sometimes 2 months.
They used to have a customer service number but clearly cutting costs to grab more money - so no number. They dont answer emails.
They just take your money. Im not buying from them again.

I need to close my account with gardening express . I am extremely concerned and frustrated that you are not available on the phone and you are untrustworthy I will never purchase anything from your company again.
You make life very difficult and complicated and the lack of communication is appallingly non existent. I am disgusted.
Very late delivery
We ordered on the 2nd May, and we have still received no confirmation of dispatch, we are so disappointed at the timing of the delivery. We look forward to your bespoke and personal response to this communication.

A diseased plant was delivered to my client. This was not acceptable to me as a garden designer.
I found it almost impossible to find a way through to ask for a refund. I sent three notifications to two email addresses and filled one online form with no reply from anyone. Their terms state that the product must be returned before a refund can be offered. Yet, because of the size of the plant, most couriers were unable to accept it.
The cost of a personal delivery would exceed the cost of the plant. A diseased plant should not be shipped around the country.

All 6 of my plants crammed into one box all tied together, my Azalea japonica Gilbert mollie, 1 is dead the other is not far off,both have really bad broken pots,all plants as dry as sticks.
You do not box plants the way your video says.
I've spent now over a £100 of plants with you,I would like my 2 Azaleas replaced as the 2 I've got are going to have to go in the bin.
I would appreciate a phone call from someone to sort this out.
Not a happy customer with one bad review.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I got full product replacement even though only one plant was dead out of 6.
I bought six tree bundles and one of the trees is dead. I kept contacting customer service; the only answer I got was: 'Different plants and trees can develop and grow at their own rates'. They asked for pictures; I sent them, and for the bark test, I sent them but for each email, I got the same automated answer: 'Different plants and trees can develop and grow at their own rates'.

Email says this order has been delivered. I have not received it.
Your Web page does not recognise the order number.
I have received order for special offer on heathers, your information says that a careful selection would be made so I would receive a good mix of Heather's. There are 4 pink and 5 white plants. This is not a good assortment. I expected at least 3 colours for the plot I am working on.
Yet another order for Celosia arrived and like the Heather's they were poorly packaged causing the plants to become loose in the pots.
The Celosia are too heavy for the small pot so they keep falling over.
Orders made and received prior to these have been much better packaged and in good condition.
These disappointments are expensive to me. They also hold up my work schedule in the garden.
I have paid out £6.99 delivery for each one of these orders.
It would be much fairer if Garden Express would help out their customers by putting these orders together as one larger parcel as other companies do, thus greatly reducing costs and time for delivery companies, Garden Express and the customers. One more important comment: I do not like agreeing to your Terms of Service because of the poor language choice in the wording.

Gardening express were not interested in my complaint
I purchased three bare-rooted roses which were delivered on 25/6/24. I have given them seven weeks to grow, but with no success.
I contacted Garden Express customer services by email (no phone line available) and was advised that I am outside the warranty period. Please take note when ordering from this company.
