Very slow delivery to start, followed by a delivery of plants that were 5 cm-10 cm tall where they should have been 40 cm x 60 cm. Contact customer support and you have to talk to an AI bot, no phone number, no person, just generic replies.

When I finally got an email from the company 9 days later, they asked for what I had already sent as evidence. They leave it days to respond with 'can we have the same' and we go around in circles.

Finally, I'm offered a £1 voucher, such a joke. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.

Had a pack of 10 seed potatoes that had been damaged and taped up. Only 8 in the bag, obviously not counted back after the damage.

The shortage wasn't obvious until it came to planting, which was then outside their 14-day no-quibble guarantee. Like planting stuff immediately is always an option.

The AI bot couldn't handle it and refused to let me speak to a person. One of the worst AI experiences ever; customer service discarded with haste.

They promise delivery in 3 to 5 days except at exceptionally busy periods.

January? Right.

So after 10 days, I contact them via email.

No reply.

A few days later, I contact them again via their online contact form marketing it urgent.

Still no response.

Its now two weeks on, deadlines have been missed with clients, Im wasting a lot of time, losing money and they have no phone number because they claim this is what clients want. NO, IT IS NOT!

(FYI, their net profit was nearly £1 million last year)

I have sent 2 request via their online contact process to zero response

The quality of the tree supplied was dreadful. The compost was bone dry and any idea of green leaves died with 4 days

Had to wait ages for the plants, then when they arrived, they were in such a state, many just dead or dying, or had been severely cut. Absolutely a joke company.

They are not responding to my communications, and they make customers pay to send plants back, but there are reviews of no refunds, so I have no choice but to keep *** plants that will likely just die.

Don't waste money. Avoid.

I'm 75 years old and I have never ever dealt with such an awful company! I really feel I've been scammed.

I ordered 10 lavender plants and they all arrived dead or dying, stacked on top of one another. I emailed the company with attached photos and got an email saying they needed photos of the labels on the pots which there weren't any. I replied explaining this and sending more photos of the bare pots. That was the last I've heard from them.

I've emailed time and time again asking for a response and it is like talking to a brick wall. Don't think there's any chance of receiving a refund of £46,89.

My order arrived on two occasions with damaged packaging. I unpacked immediately and found some of the plants damaged.

In particular, 2 plants had been grafted but had split. I have emailed 4 times, including photos, and asked for replacements, but received no response.

I took the plants to a reputable garden center and was told they had been incorrectly grafted. I want 2 replacements sent, but the company is ignoring me.

On receiving the plants the box was bent and ripped. After opening the box several branches were completely snapped off.

The plants looked very ill also. I still planted them in hope I could revive them with care. As time has gone by them are just getting worse. Ive been to the garden centre for advice too.

Ive uploaded pictures and sent them to Gardening Express 3 times. They have not acknowledged me on any occasion.
